心得
浪漫醫生金師傅系列一直是我很喜歡的韓國醫療劇，這次出了第二季，而且男女主角我都很喜歡，再來則是這集的技術戲份與人性的考驗比上一季更加撼動人心，我選了三個大手術帶給我的反思與感想，分別為:國防部長車禍事件、公車連環車禍以及金師傅的手腕手術。而這一季出現了一位我自認為很特別的腳色，便是朴民國教授，一開始在石潭醫院的反對面，卻最後選擇依循自己的想法，離開以利益為主的醫師生涯。在後面的劇情分享都會提到朴民國教授與金師傅的互動。
國防部長車禍
在加護病房的部長突然心跳停止，朴民國與金師傅同時要搶救，由於生死邊緣的搶救風險一向很大，再加上病人是部長，若是一個失誤可能從此醫生生涯再也沒有出路。巨大醫院的醫生通常有一個普遍的共通點，就是不敢負責任、害怕風險，這沒有錯，大家都會擔心有天一個失誤飯碗不保，一家老小還等著自己照顧，只是這個態度在醫生這個職位上會有點矛盾。
金師傅從以前就是一位實力堅強優秀的外科醫師，並且不分貴賤與風險的為患者醫治，他立志成為一位「患者需要的醫生」，
當朴民國質問金師傅:這樣下去若是出了問題，您能負責嗎?
金師傅則反問:那您救得活他嗎? 這個時候應該這樣問才對吧?
兩句話表現出兩位醫師在面對患者地一時間想到的念頭，朴民國跟大部分的人一樣，先想到自己，而金師傅卻是想到要把人救活。而金師傅急救部長的技術與能力發揮的淋漓盡致，他將手伸進胸部，徒手按摩心臟，順利將部長救活，這一幕讓所有人震驚到說不出話。
部長事件來的快也去得快，我們除了欣賞到金師傅高超的醫術外，也明確地看到人性的差異，其實我認為沒有對錯，因為每個人生長背景不同，追求的目標也不一樣。我們當然希望醫生可以盡力搶救患者，但不只在韓國，台灣也一樣有著醫生因為沒有救活患者，不一定是失誤，但還是被家屬提告到傾家蕩產，因此現在的醫生過的越來越小心翼翼，甚至會進行防禦性醫療。防禦性醫療意指「醫護人員的診斷或是治療不是出於為病人的最大利益，而是為了避免被病人責難甚至被告而有的醫療行為」，不只亞洲，美國的狀況也很嚴重。
或許不是每個醫生都擁有金師傅的實力與勇氣可以不顧一切的全力拯救病人，我們也很難在親人因病去世時平靜接受，所以會有人將責任怪到醫生身上，醫病關係一直是很複雜的問題，這是無論科技再高超、風險再降低都無法完全解決的議題吧，畢竟人難免一死，只是離別總是很難接受，這時站在第一線和死神拔河的醫生就很重要，看著這齣韓劇，每次遇到矛盾的點時都很糾結，因為真的很難做到。
Dr. Romantic series are my favorite Korean medical drama. The second series took more focuses on the skills surgeries and highlighted on humanity. Moreover, I liked both main actor and actress so much, that is, it deeper my desire to share the drama. I have chosen three main surgeries to discuss the skills and humanity among those incidents. And this time I have noticed that Dr. Park Min-gook initially stood in opposition of the Hospital Doldam, but in the end he chose to follow his true heart and help Master Kim. I will also share the interaction between Dr, Park and Master Kim.
The car accident of ministry of defense
Speaking of Dr.Park, we can recall the personality of the headquarter hospital of Doldam. Some doctors there had tendency to avoid facing high risk cases and taking responsibilities when the medical negligence occurred. Hence, when Dr.Park and Master Kim were saving the ministry, Master Kim was asked by Dr. Park that whether he would take the responsibility if there had any mistake during the treatment. Master Kim was answered aggressively he asked in return that if Dr. Park can save the ministry. By these two sentences we can find out the difference of their thoughts when facing a patient who was dying. We might be like the Dr. Park because he often thought of himself first, but the Mater Kim always put patient in the first rank. We could not say who was the right as normal people were afraid of being unemployed and they could not support their family.
We also watched Master Kim’s superb skill when he put his bare hand and massage the heart of the ministry and help it beating up again.
There is a proper noun called defensive medicine, it is said that doctors give judgement and treatments that are not to pursuit the biggest advantages for patients but avoiding themselves be accused. By the incident, we not only saw the perfect skill Master Kim performed but the truth of humanity in the society.it seems that we want doctors to save people’s life but it is also helpless that no matter how excellent our technology promotes or how little the risk may happen, the doctor-patient relationship is still a question with unknown answer.
To be honest, depends on different backgrounds and achievements different people have, not everyone could have the same great ability as Master Kim and enough courage to face those hard cases. Because departure is one of the contradictory issues in human world.
