這一季最重要的就是金師傅受傷的手腕要進行手術，金師傅在技術上無人能敵，也是醫院大家的精神支柱，因為動完手術後有三個禮拜不能進行精密手術，因此放心不下醫院狀況的金師傅，請求朴民國教授可以幫忙照顧需要的患者。這也是讓朴民國教授慢慢找到自己對於當醫生的初心很關鍵的過程，也在後面與都允宛理事長鬥爭時 …

朴民國跟金師傅其實有一朴民國跟金師傅其實在之前就有一面之緣，就是一場公車車禍事件，而當時的朴民國因為怕死而逃離危險的公車，獨留金師傅硬撐著為傷者實施心肺復甦術，也因此被公車上掉下的重物砸傷。這場陰影其實一直留在朴民國的心中，他一直以此感到自卑，因此在這一季中的公車翻覆車禍中，也有很多具有衝擊 …
