It’s Okay to not be Okay.
回到第一篇心得，文英與鋼太兄弟三人，都有著大多數人沒有的際遇，並且因為那些遭遇讓他們的個性較為封閉與具有防備心，但是他們很努力，在成為家人的過程中經歷很多磨合與爭吵，他們很努力地想要完整自己，也完整其他人。尚泰也說:親親比吵架好，他知道弟弟跟妹妹是愛著彼此的，所以非常盡責地擔任哥哥的腳色，調解弟妹的紛爭，而尚泰也在最後自己獨立當插畫家，因為她長大了，不再是個需要依賴別人的小孩。
如果想要讓身邊的人幸福，必須讓自己先幸福起來
尚泰幫文英畫的繪本，也是最後一集的標題「尋找最真實的臉孔」，就是以文英與尚泰鋼太三人作為主角，罐頭公主是封閉內心的文英，紙箱大叔是不敢面對外面世界的尚泰，小丑則是總是笑得很悲傷的鋼太，因為他們失去真實的臉孔，所以無法讀懂對方的心，為了避免無止盡的爭吵，踏上了尋找真實臉孔的旅程。而故事中的內容都是在「沒關係精神病院」中相遇的一切，因為這些大大小小的事情，尤其是給南朱里媽媽的那本，是尚泰送給「冒牌的真媽媽」的，因為她跟高吉童的媽媽一樣雖然不是真的，但是給予跟真的媽媽一樣多的愛。
「雖然是精神病但沒關係」，其實不太像是想要告訴在低潮或不幸的人要振作，而是告訴觀眾，這個世界上還有人外表可能看似正常與光鮮亮麗，或許他經歷過不為人知的痛苦遭遇。跟文英漂亮華麗的穿著一樣，因為背後千瘡百孔，所以喜歡用美麗的衣服去包裝脆弱的自己；或是像鋼太一樣，時常面帶微笑，但仔細看卻是笑的悲傷，像是小丑一樣失去自我；不然就是尚泰，因為與他人不一樣，求學與就業遭到阻礙，但也因為他的自閉症，讓他比較細膩卻思想簡單樂觀，算是在生活中會無意間拉著現在泥沼的文英與鋼太一把。
在每一集都可以看到三位主角非常努力走出自己的問題，努力尋找幸福。但就如「沒關係精神病院」院長所說:很難過，很絕望，都沒有關係的因為有人比你更難過，比你更絕望，我們不用覺得自己是最糟的，因為有人比我們更糟也正在努力走出來。三個人雖然各自有困難，卻還是扶著一起走，即使自己可能自顧不暇，仍願意伸出援手，寧願自己跌倒也想要拼命接住對方，因為這就是家人。
Although they had all suffered some difficulties that normal people would have not experienced, they still persist and made great efforts to help themselves go through obstacles and completed themselves. As Sang-tae often reminded them: kissing is better then fighting, after his independence, he asked them to love each other forever.
You should make yourself happiness and you can bring happiness to people besides you.
The title of the end episode, Finding Our True Faces, the illustration of the book was also drawn by Sang-tae told the stories happened in the “Okay Psychiatric Hospital”. Moon-young was Princess Can that use hard metal to protect her true emotions; Kang-tae used to smile ugly like a clown, his character was a boy wear a clown mask. As for Sang-tae, he was Uncle Box who was afraid of seeing the world in the cause of his autism.
In order to prevent fighting and gain happiness because they lose their true faces and that made them can not read in others’ inside heart, they decided to start a journey of searching for their true faces. Furthermore, Sang-tae gave a book to the woman who was their friend’s mom. She took care they two brothers like her kids. She was not the mother in breed but had warm heart.
The drama perhaps wanted to tell us that there are many people in the world have beautiful appearances but hard life behind. Moon-young always wore gorgeous clothes in order to hide her pain; Kang-tae lost himself and always smile as sorrowful as a clown. Fortunately, thought Sang-tae met barriers in learning and working, he thought simple and directly because of his autism that can sometimes pull Moon-young and Kang-tae when they were in deep abyss.
Three of them in every episode worked so hard to find their problems and solve them to find happiness. Like the principle of the “Okay Psychiatric Hospital” said: It’s Okay when you feel disappointed and desperation because there are more and more people suffer greater pains then you.” We do not consider we are the worst as there are always exist someone worse then us.
Accordingly, Moon-young, Kang-tae and Sang-tae held hands even they themselves might fall down if supporting others. But it is a love of family that only family can sacrifice self and try to help their lovers.
